N559PB Leaves the Fleet
1 June 2018, Portland International Jetport, Maine. Today one of my lessees purchased N559PB, a Pilatus PC-12 aircraft, after just more than a year of successful commercial operations with the airplane. I want to congratulate New England Air Transport, Inc. on a very productive year of operations and the acquisition of their first turbine aircraft. This transaction marks an important milestone in the company’s development, and serves as evidence of the hard work, dedication to customer service, and commitment to success of the NEAT team. This also marks the conclusion of more than 11 years of ownership, in one way or another, of this aircraft by Tyr Jet or an affiliated entity.
New England Air Transport operates the PC-12 as a charter, on-demand air taxi operation on the east coast. They stay down south from approximately Labor Day through Memorial day, and rotate home to the Northeast the other part of the year.
